Right to cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without having to give grounds for doing so.
The deadline is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the shipping agent, takes receipt of the final item ordered.

By means of an unambiguous and clearly expressed declaration (e.g. by means of a letter sent by post, fax or email) of your decision to cancel this contract. You may employ the enclosed cancellation template, but this is not mandatory.
To comply with the cancellation deadline it is sufficient for you to send the declaration of your intention to exercise your right to cancellation before the deadline has elapsed.

Consequences of cancellation
If you should cancel this contract, then we are obliged to reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, (with the exception of additional costs incurred as a result of you choosing a type of delivery that is not the cheapest standard form of delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we received notification of your cancellation. We shall employ the same means of payment for the reimbursement as were used by you for the original transaction unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances shall we levy charges or fees for this reimbursement. We can refuse to make the reimbursement until we have received the goods or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever shall be the earlier.
You shall return the goods, by shipment or in person, without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day you notified us of cancellation to saami crafts, Inh. Sandra Doebele, Moserstr. 20, 70182 Stuttgart, Germany. To comply with the deadline it is sufficient to have shipped the goods before the fourteen days have elapsed.
You shall bear the direct costs of return shipment of the goods.
You shall only be liable for the cost of any potential loss in the value of the goods where such loss of value is attributable to actions not essential to your verifying the condition, attributtes, and function of the goods.

Exclusions
The right to cancellation shall not apply, insofar as the parties have not otherwise agreed:
to contracts for the supply of goods that were not pre-manufactured and for whose manufacture a personal choice or specification on the part of the consumer was of material significance, or whose manufacture is clearly tailored to the personal needs or preferences of the consumer.
