We ship orders placed via our online shop in line with the following terms and conditions – and are happy to deliver to the countries specified on the list below:

Shipping partners

Your orders will be shipped via our partners DPD or FedEx to any of the countries included on the following list. The one exception is the gift card box, which is sent via Deutsche Post’s letter service.

Shipping costs

Costs vary according to the ship-to address and the total weight of your ordered items. Each shipment is insured up to a value of 520,00 €. Again, the exception is the gift card box, which is sent uninsured via Deutsche Post’s letter service.
